1. 옥수수 1개

2. 천일염 조금

3. 뉴슈가 또는 신화당 조금

* 요리 Tip

1. 옥수수를 깨끗이 씻어서 껍질을 한두겹 남기고 벗겨 주세요.

2. 옥수수 수염을 압력솥 바닥에 깔아 주세요.

3. 물의 간을 약간 짭조름, 달콤하게 기호에 맞게 맞춰주세요.

4. 옥수수가 잠기도록 물을 부어주세요.]

5. 압력솥의 추가 심하게 움직일때까지 삶아주세요.

6. 베이킹소다를 조금 넣으면 더 연해 집니다.

7. 껍질을 벗기지 말고 냉동실에 보관하세요.

8. 보관한 옥수수는 해동한 후에 다시 삶아서 드세요.
